We are currently recruiting for a General Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established distribution team based in Halesowen. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and able to work well within a team environment to meet daily targets.

This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, wrapping, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with company procedures.
• Wrap and label goods for dispatch, ensuring all items are packaged securely.
• Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Support colleagues and supervisors in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
