Salary : £34,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am 5 : 30pm
Type : Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for experienced Assembly Technicians to help bring these advanced systems to life. You'll be hands‑on with the mechanical and electrical assembly of compact, high‑performance systems, playing a vital role in the development, testing, and refinement of next‑generation technologies.
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components
- Assisting in test set‑ups, instrumentation, and data collection
- Conducting inspections and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with engineers on quality and process improvement
- Maintaining production records, inventory, and purchasing logs
- Driving improvements in safety, efficiency, and cost
- Essential:
- Solid experience with mechanical assembly
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems
- Desirable:
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Background in scaling up assembly systems or manufacturing facilities
- Familiarity with drafting SOPs and improving manufacturing processes
