Buyers Admin Assistant

We are Sosandar. Based in Wilmslow Cheshire were one of the UKs fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish women; worn by celebs and influencers galore. We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as a Buyers Admin Assistant.

The Buyers Admin Assistant job role is to provide full and highly administrative support to the fashion Buying / Design team.

This is what youll do :

• Create and maintain the critical path / monthly boards ensuring the smooth running of the whole fashion buying cycle.
• Place purchase orders and completing order amendments including; delivery delays quantity adjustments and price amendments in system.
• Prepare the fit rails in advance of fit session.
• Attend fit sessions & updating critical path accordingly.
• Chase outstanding samples on a weekly basis at all stages of development and updating the buying team on status.
• Complete regular competitive shops and report back to wider team to provide a good knowledge and understanding of competitors.
• Maintain the sample library preparing samples for meetings.
• Support sample handling for cross functional teams; marketing press and online.
• Create fashion trend boards for buying meetings.
• Take minutes in buyer meetings and circulate.
