Job summary
A well-established SAP B1 Partner is seeking an experienced SAP Business One Support Consultant. This fully home-based role involves providing first-line support, resolving user issues, and working closely with clients to ensure effective solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases and hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and other relevant tools. A competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum is offered, along with benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP B1 support is essential.
- Knowledge of BPA is required.
- Experience with Sharperlight is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for SAP B1 users.
- Work closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Support SAP HANA environments and ensure system performance.

- Provide first-line support for SAP B1 users, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions
- Assist with SQL queries and database management
- Support SAP HANA environments, ensuring system performance and reliability
- Utilise Crystal Reports to create and modify reports
- Experience providing first-line support for SAP B1
- Previous experience working with an SAP B1 Partner
- Strong understanding of SQL and HANA databases
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, DTW, and Boyum B1UP and Print & Delivery
- Knowledge of BPA is required
- Sharperlight is desirable
- Experience supporting Produmex WMS and Scan is advantageous
Our client is offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits.
This is a fully home-based role with no requirement to travel.
