Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor for our Dorchester location!

The Clinical Supervisor will serve as the primary therapist and contact for our in-home clients and will assist in the daily oversight and operations of the outpatient, in-home therapy, and therapeutic mentoring programs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.

HYBRID position! Mostly remote work with the ability to travel to our Dorchester and/or Fall River office locations as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist) - REQUIRED
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals
• Experience in quality management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Ability to travel to Dorchester and/or Fall River office locations
