Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative and customer support across multiple channels.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce accurate and timely MI reports for Claims Settlement & Engineering teams.
  • Administer claims and engineering instructions, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service delivery targets.
  • Support colleagues, provide cover during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Manage departmental telephony, handling inbound calls professionally.
  • Perform additional duties as directed to support continuous improvement.
  • Set up Lots and engineering report requests in Audatex following guidelines and seller rules.
  • Assist the engineering team with travel arrangements, training logistics, uniforms and equipment.
  • Process purchase invoices through Coupa for line manager approval.

Copart UK Ltd are looking for a Claims & Engineering Support Advisor to join our growing Claims Settlement team at our Head Office in Bedford. This is a key role that ensures our claims and engineering processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and seller policies.


As a Support Advisor, you will deliver high-quality administrative and customer support, helping to drive operational excellence across the department.


Main duties & responsibilities
