As our COO, you'll be a vital architect of this transformation. With at least 60% of our workforce within your directorates – including three Regional Managing Directors and a Commercial Services Director running our large in-sourced Home Care teams - some 1,000 people will look to you for inspiring and effective leadership. You will help us define and deliver operational excellence.

The COO role is for someone who instinctively understands the sector, is excited about what is possible, who can speak with real authority about service delivery, and who shares our passion for making a difference to people's lives.
