We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation as a Surveyor within a leading surveying and valuation panel management company.

This role requires you to represent the company in a professional manner, to work to a high standard, and maximize productivity by undertaking survey and valuation work. Responsibilities:

1. Undertake survey and valuation work.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in Residential surveying.
2. Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
3. Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
4. Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS.
5. Passion for personal development.
