  • Contribute to regulatory compliance efforts, governance reporting, and collaboration with the Quality Governance Team
  • Monitor clinical performance, support performance reviews, and identify training and development needs within the team
  • Contribute to service improvement projects, implementing evidence-based practices and promoting innovative approaches to care
  • Foster a collaborative working environment and engage with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery and improvement
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead, clinical team members, Quality Governance Team, People & Culture Team, and external healthcare partners

To succeed as our Deputy ADHD Clinical Lead, you will be:

A proactive, organised, and collaborative professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.
