Our client is seeking a Damp & Mould Lead to join our busy and dynamic Repairs Team. You will be responsible for managing damp and mould cases across Peabody’s housing stock, ensuring compliance with new legislation such as Awaab’s Law. The role requires close collaboration with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. You will also be accountable for case management, improving service delivery, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and customer-focused. You will need to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while adhering to policies, procedures, and new regulatory requirements.
