Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months in role, plus uncapped commission

Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 9 months in role

Shifts: The department is open from 08:00am until 06:00pm, so no late evening shifts and only one weekend in three!

Join our Payment Support Team in Darlington to support and guide customers during difficult times. Whether helping with billing queries, assisting those behind on payments, or other needs, with training provided, you will be the expert they need. Every interaction aims to deliver a personal and excellent service.
