Overview

SEO Sales Strategist (Remote) – Must submit a Loom video as part of the application. This is a remote position with salary £25,000–£40,000 per year (OTE potential based on performance) and 35 hours/week.

As part of your application, you must submit a 3–5 minute Loom video as your cover letter. Applications without a Loom video will not be considered. Role Overview

You will drive revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, understanding their challenges, and presenting tailored SEO and digital marketing solutions. You will build relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls; present Geeky Tech’s services in a consultative manner; tailor proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales and lead-generation efforts; partner with the service delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics such as conversion rates and revenue growth; meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Key Relationships: Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer; Collaborates With: Marketing team and Service delivery team.
  • Performance Metrics: Sales targets and revenue growth; lead conversion rates; client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or technology services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, or broader digital marketing services.
  • Experience working with agencies or in B2B consultative sales.
