The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing content creation. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and expanding our reach within the B2B sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Oversee website management using Evance and ensure website content is optimised for search engines (SEO).
  • Organise events and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility.
  • Continue to grow our online presence on video platforms such as YouTube and TikTok -Being in front of the camera and editing skills are a MUST!
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and social media management tools.
  • IT proficiency across various platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
  • Experience using camera equipment. (Video, DJI Drone etc.)
