- Lead health, safety & environmental compliance across multiple sites

- Ensure compliance with statutory SHE regulations and company standards

- Support operational teams with risk assessments and SHE guidance
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable)
- IOSH membership desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a SHE role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to working hours in a 24/7 business
