Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and managing optimised staff rosters.
• Strong supervisory or team leadership background.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse complex data and turn it into effective staffing solutions.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Counter Terrorist Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop 6-52 week resource plans aligned with flight schedules.
• Build seasonal and individual rosters based on demand.
• Use planning tools to manage staffing supply and rosters.
• Produce monthly and annual reports on staffing metrics.
• Act as main contact for roster queries and onboarding.
• Work closely with operational managers to meet staffing needs.
• Lead quarterly resource planning meetings.
