Salary: Up to £55,000 per year

We are supporting a major Net‑Zero megaproject in recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to drive operational safety and promote a positive SHE culture across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional looking for a long‑term role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety & environmental compliance across multiple sites
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to staff
• Ensure compliance with statutory SHE regulations and company standards
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
• Support operational teams with risk assessments and SHE guidance

Requirements

• NEBOSH General Certificate (Diploma desirable)
• IOSH membership desirable
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a SHE role
