A leading surgical robotics company is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Versius robotic programme across the NHS and private sector. You will lead implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates have proven sales success in surgical equipment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record in managing clinical relationships. You will work as part of a closely networked commercial team, predominantly in a defined region, but will have a willingness to travel across the UK, with availability for several days away, and occasionally internationally.

As Clinical Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the growth of the Versius robotic programmes across the NHS and private sector, with a specific focus on procedures growth and new product launch and adoption. This is a field‑based role where you’ll own the entire implementation cycle—from pre‑contracting stakeholder engagement for the duration of the partnership—operating in close collaboration with cross‑functional colleagues and NHS clinical, operational and management teams.
