The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and highly organised Admissions Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community.
Working closely with the Associate Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, you will manage and enhance the College’s admissions lifecycle from first enquiry through to enrolment and arrival. You will be a key ambassador for the College, engaging with students, families, schools, universities and international partners.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions and Enrolments
- Drive enrolment growth by managing enquiries, applications, interviews, offers and conversions.
- Track, analyse and report admissions data for Executive and Board reporting.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess alignment with College culture.
- Deliver engaging and personalised campus tours for prospective residents and families.
- Represent the College at school visits, expos, Open Days and recruitment events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of College programs, scholarships and strategic priorities.
CRM and Database Management
- Maintain accurate and compliant admissions records from enquiry to enrolment.
- Ensure all contracts, documentation and deadlines are met.
- Provide regular occupancy, enquiry and conversion reporting.
- Develop and improve CRM workflows, reports and templates.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and candidate experience.
- Coordinate internally to support smooth room allocation and student arrival processes.
Collaboration and Operations
- Work closely with marketing, reception, housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Promote a safe, professional and compliant working environment.
- Undertake additional duties aligned with the role as required.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree, Diploma or minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in admissions, higher education or professional services preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using CRM systems (StarRez or Salesforce, highly regarded).
- Strong database management experience (minimum 4 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar platforms.
