Overview

Job Title: Fleet Development Coordinator

Location: Belfast BYD

Salary: 25000 basic per annum plus bonus!

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 Saturday 09:00-15:00 (on rota) Sunday closed.

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Development Coordinator to join our growing this role youll be the key link between our fleet sales team customers and internal departments ensuring smooth processing of orders accurate documentation and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager and team with daily coordination of fleet sales activities.

Manage end-to-end order processing from quotation and contract preparation to delivery scheduling.

Maintain accurate records of fleet sales pricing and customer details in CRM systems.

Liaise with customers suppliers and internal departments (finance logistics registration etc.) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles.

Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance summaries for management review.

Coordinate vehicle registration insurance and delivery documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to fleet clients.

Assist in developing promotional materials tender responses and fleet proposals.

Requirements

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Knowledge of automotive or logistics industry is an advantage.
