The platform you will manage supports high-volume engagement, integrates with third-party services, and is essential for activities such as helplines, webinars, local support groups, and e-learning. It plays a central role in connecting with thousands of users and facilitating the charity's growth.
Requirements include 1-2 years of experience and residence in the South East of England, as the role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
The package includes up to £38,000 salary, 32 days of annual leave, training and development opportunities, and more.
