A well-established accident repair centre in Tonbridge is seeking a skilled MET Technician. You will work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for quality. The position offers a salary between £40,000 and £50,000, a bonus scheme, and various benefits including paid holidays and a pension scheme.

Location: Tonbridge

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

As an MET Technician, you\'ll work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring all repairs are carried out safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.
- Accurately carry out the removal and replacement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim items on vehicles
- Work with prestige, electric, and hybrid models
- Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in line with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through quality workmanship
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience (3+ years preferred)
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
