Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a MET Technician.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work on prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out removal and replacement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim items.
• Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair.
• Complete all tasks to the highest standard.

Position: MET Technician
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year (plus bonus scheme)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

The Role

As an MET Technician, you\'ll work with prestige, electric, and hybrid vehicles, ensuring all repairs are carried out safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately carry out the removal and replacement of Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim items on vehicles
• Work with prestige, electric, and hybrid models
• Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard and in line with industry, manufacturer, and retailer guidelines
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through quality workmanship
