Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Site (Mon-Fri, OT)
Job summary
A facilities management company is seeking a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial site near Winnersh. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, involves performing PPMs, managing compliance, and supervising subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be fully electrically qualified, have knowledge of IET Wiring Regulations, and experience in commercial environments. A competitive salary of up to £45k is offered, along with overtime, 33 days annual leave, pension, and opportunities for training and progression.

- Must be fully electrically qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2).
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations required.
- 2391 Testing & Inspection is highly desirable.
- Experience in commercial/occupied office environments.
- Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Perform PPMs and reactive works on electrical plant and equipment.
- Manage site compliance and oversee CAFM/logbook systems.
- Supervise subcontractors and be part of the call-out rota.
