Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Gas experience required.
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS checks is necessary.
• Familiarity with relevant gas safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property services through planned and reactive maintenance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for gas-related matters.
• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance to Commercial Boilers.
