Qualifications

• Must be Gas Safe registered.
• Experience in FM or multi-site commercial maintenance environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.
• Install, service, and repair boilers and associated gas appliances.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and contract standards.
• Provide job updates via the CAFM system.
• Support minor building services tasks.
