A facilities management company is seeking a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial site near Winnersh. This full-time role, Monday to Friday, involves performing PPMs, managing compliance, and supervising subcontractors. Qualifications

• Must be fully electrically qualified (NVQ L3/equivalent with AM2).
• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations required.
• 2391 Testing & Inspection is highly desirable.
• Experience in commercial/occupied office environments.
• Must be able to obtain a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPMs and reactive works on electrical plant and equipment.
• Manage site compliance and oversee CAFM/logbook systems.
• Supervise subcontractors and be part of the call-out rota.
