This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Careers Advisor to join our team!
We are looking to appoint a Raising Aspirations & Careers Advisor who will have a significant impact on the well-being of students within the school through: the provision of Careers Education to students in Years 7-13; the delivery of partial and independent careers guidance as required by government regulation; the provision of Economic Awareness Education to students in Years 7-13; and the design, administration, and responsibility for the school’s Work Experience programme.

The main duties and responsibilities are outlined in the role's job description and person specification. Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate, and the post may require working outside normal hours for activities, meetings, and emergencies.
The post holder must support and promote the trust’s ethos, objectives, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding policies.
