Job summary

A leading family-run nursery group in Stafford is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to enhance children's early years education. The successful candidate will manage a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with the EYFS framework. They will support the team and build relationships with children and families to meet individual needs. A Level 3 qualification in early years and leadership experience are required. Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS framework.
