The FMCG team manages businesses within Food & Beverages, Health & Wellness, Home Care & Cleaning, and Flowers. The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing new merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. 1. Recruit & manage FMCG sellers using the new book of business; outreach using leads list, lead the pitching and onboarding process.
2. Craft persuasive pitches that address the needs of potential clients and highlight the benefits of our platform.
3. Define, launch, and execute go-to-market strategy for new sellers.
4. Commercial experience of negotiating strong deals based on campaign or seasonality as well as securing first to market launches.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including creator, logistics, legal, governance, campaigns, and marketing to establish a seamless and efficient process for onboarding sellers.
6. Work with your new sellers to grow their sales on TikTok Shop through key sales channels; live, video, and shop tab.
7. Stay abreast of latest trends and ensure relevant brands are reflected in the new business pipeline.
8. Entrepreneurial approach - confidence in defining seller and category initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage as well as team projects to continuously optimise ways of working.

1. Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly.
2. Experience in e-commerce.
3. Strong data analytics skills.
4. Bachelor's degree ideally in a finance, business, or marketing related topic or similar from a reputable University.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
2. Experience working as a Business Development, Acquisition Manager or Account Manager, including experience playing a key role in brand acquisition and onboarding.
3. UK market experience.
4. Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced business.
