Job summary
A local children's care provider in Barrow-upon-Humber is seeking a dedicated Registered Children's Manager. You will oversee a children's home, managing a small staff team to deliver high-quality care. The role requires experience in residential care and knowledge of relevant legislation, including Ofsted requirements. Ideal candidates will have leadership diplomas and a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for young people. A manual driving license and flexibility for on-call duties are also necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential care for children.
- 1 year of supervising and managing staff in a care role.
- Thorough knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage a 4 bedded children's home and ensure high-quality care.
- Accountable for home management and administration.
