Commercial Account Handler – Insurance

Location: Loughborough, Leicester.

Salary: £30-35K.

Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

A well-established branch in Loughborough is currently recruiting a Commercial Account Handler to join their busy Commercial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships across a diverse client base - from sole traders to senior leaders of larger organisations - while working closely with experienced colleagues to support business objectives and exceed service expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
  • Review client documentation with a keen eye for detail to support the quoting process.
  • Assist Commercial Account Executives in driving high levels of renewal retention, exceeding expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
  • Process data promptly and accurately using internal systems to support excellent levels of client service and internal process execution.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and other internal stakeholders to achieve team goals.
