Job summary
A utility company in Coventry is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a team of quantity surveyors and provide contractual expertise on multiple projects. You will negotiate terms with the supply chain and manage contract administration effectively. Ideal candidates should have a degree or RICS accreditation and extensive experience in contract management, especially within the NEC suite of contracts.
