What you’ll be up to:

Leading both lunch and dinner services with style.

Leading staff training and championing employee growth.

Managing daily rotas and cash-ups with precision

Driving the recruitment process and guiding new team members

Setting up the restaurant for smooth operations.

Living and breathing our brand, leading by example.

Ensuring every guest walks away with a smile and a story.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in hospitality.

What to expect:

Competitve salary inclusive of tronc. Salary and tronc are paid on the last Friday of the month.
