Café Manager – near Royston – £28,500 - £30,000 (DOE)

My client, a family‑run business, is looking for a Café Manager who wants to be part of something personal, authentic, and built on genuine care for great coffee and great people.

As Café Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day running of a vibrant coffee shop and brunch kitchen, leading a team that shares your enthusiasm for speciality coffee and exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, develop your team through hands‑on coaching, and bring your own ideas to life in a business that values your input. With one admin shift per week built into your schedule, you'll manage rotas, stock ordering, compliance, and financial reconciliation whilst maintaining the high standards that speciality coffee lovers expect.
