A leading building services company in Mayfair is seeking a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer. The role involves delivering PPM and reactive maintenance, monitoring mechanical plants, and maintaining customer relations. Candidates must be mechanically qualified, with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, and possess strong communication skills. The package includes a salary of £48,000, private healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.
£48,000 per annum + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Mayfair. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in the heart of Mayfair. The building has 8 floors with around 225,000 square footage and includes office space, gym and high end residential apartments with easy access to both stations Green park (Jubilee line and Victoria line), Bond street (Central line, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line).
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ or apprenticeship trained) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside a team of 4, you will be required to carry out PPM & Reactive maintenance across both the landlord and tenant areas.
4ON 4OFF - DAYS ONLY 07:00am to 19:00pm
