As Lead Professional Brand Marketing, Football, you will play a pivotal role in driving Nike's football brand strategy across the UK, with a strong focus on London. Based in London, you'll join the UK Country Marketing team, where sport, culture, and community intersect. Your role will bring Nike's football vision to life through strategic campaigns, powerful storytelling, and on-the-ground activations that connect authentically with athletes, consumers, and cultural leaders. You'll adapt global campaigns for maximum local impact, ensuring Nike stands out in one of the world's most passionate football markets. As part of your role, you'll also own the marketing relationship for some of our most high-profile assets within Nike's rich portfolio of professional football partnerships. Who You'll Work With In this role, you'll be part of the broader football brand team and collaborate closely with functional partners across Sports Marketing, Brand Creative, Retail Marketing, Communications, Energy Marketing, and Social Community & Impact. You'll stay closely aligned with the EMEA Football team and, at times, collaborate with the Global Football team to ensure consistency and impact.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing Football, UK, you'll be responsible for delivering Nike Football's brand impact across the country.
You’ll lead the planning and execution of seasonal brand campaigns, from concept through to activation. You’ll bring energy and precision to product launches, football moments, and the work that keeps Nike Football at the forefront of the game. Your work will connect Nike's global football strategy to local audiences in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and forward-looking. You’ll manage cross-functional alignment, foster key partnerships, and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the UK football consumer while staying true to Nike's broader brand direction.
