What you will do:

• Conduct strengths‑based assessments to develop bespoke reablement plans aimed at maximising individuals’ independence.
• Act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision‑making, sharing your knowledge with the broader team.
• Provide professional support and training to team members, enhancing the skills within the team.
• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy, ensuring the unique needs of each individual are met with compassion.
• Travel to clients in their homes or other settings, which requires a valid full UK driver’s license.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum of two years post‑qualification experience in the UK, ideally within the NHS.
• Registered with the HCPC.
