Responsibilities

• Communicating with UK chocolate manufacturers, packaging suppliers and logistics partners.
• Requesting quotes, samples, MOQs and lead times.
• Coordinating production timelines and ensuring smooth operations.
• Helping to organise import/export documents (if needed).
• Managing orders with suppliers and keeping track of costs.
• Supporting the founder with operational tasks during launch.
• Ensuring quality checks and consistency with suppliers.
