A global technology company based in Aberdeen is seeking a Quality and HSES Leader to drive excellence across operations. This pivotal role requires strong leadership skills, a degree in a relevant field, and solid experience in HSES and Quality management. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. In this key leadership role based in our Altens office in Aberdeen, you’ll driveQuality and HSES excellence across Surface UK operations in both Aberdeen and Dunfermline. This role is key to ensuring robust processes and systems that support our business goals and deliver outstanding results.
You’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring the right behaviours and fostering collaboration throughout the organization. As a trusted influencer, you’ll build strong relationships while managing and developing the Quality and HSES functions in alignment with TechnipFMC’s strategy, policies, and industry standards.

May be opportunities to travel to other Surface locations to attend training events, participate in audits , operational meetings.
