Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
  • Experience of auditing, inspection, or quality assessment in children’s social care.
  • Ability to analyse evidence and make sound judgments on compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic audits of services against regulations.
  • Deliver independent assurance on service-level compliance.
  • Identify risks and areas of non-compliance during audits.

Skills

Knowledge of The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
Experience in auditing or quality assessment
Ability to analyze evidence
Excellent report writing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to maintain independence and integrity
Driving license and willingness to travel
