A reputable service organization in Bristol seeks a Senior Application Support Officer to enhance its Social Care Application Support team. The role involves supporting system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical applications for Adult Social Care. Candidates should possess significant experience with LAS and ContrOCC, along with a strong understanding of data management. This position offers a hybrid work setup with mostly remote work and occasional office attendance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LAS and ContrOCC required.
- Proven ability to support upgrades and conduct testing.
- Skilled in LAS form development and data management.
Responsabilités
- Support project-related workload for the application support team.
- Assist with LAS & ContrOCC system upgrades.
- Ensure effective data quality and system integrity.
