Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for an SIA Door Supervisor Licenced Security Guard to join our award-winning Security Team, dealing with many staff and visitors on a daily basis.

Manchester, M50 area.

When

We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!

Hours

On average 30 hours per week, shifts as per site rota to cover days, nights and weekends. Shift patterns of 06:00-18:00 and 20:00-08:00.

Pay Rate

£12.60 per hour

About the role

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring the premises.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors to the site.
• Covering reception and booking visitors and contractors in and on site.
• Supervise and control site access including the opening and locking down of site buildings.
• Operating and monitoring the CCTV cameras.
• Issuing visitor and contractor passes when required and supporting in emergency situations.
• Liaise with the client to fulfil security requirements on site.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner.

About you

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• A full five-year checkable employment history.
