Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in business analysis, finance system support or project management roles ideally with exposure to ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing financial modules.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver process/system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for ERP modules.
• Work proactively with Finance stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, HC and Technology teams.
• Map, evaluate and streamline current processes.
• Assist in the development of project plans.
• Create and execute comprehensive test scripts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Support transition activities by developing training materials.
