HR Business Partner
We’re searching for an HR Business Partner who can help us shape, strengthen and champion culture across our hotels. You’ll report directly to our HR Director and oversee a portfolio of 15+ hotels— a mix of branded and unbranded properties. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our people strategy and supporting our leaders to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
This role is flexible on location, and we offer a hybrid working model. However, regular travel is required as you’ll spend time in your hotels with General Managers and senior stakeholders to provide hands‑on, strategic support.
