We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Principal at Rainham and Hackney Sixth Form Campuses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of strategic initiatives. You will also be required to attend campus each day and travel to different New City College campuses when needed.
This role is based across both Rainham and Hackney 6th Form Campuses.
You must be able to plan and progress a programme of work to strict deadlines and have excellent oral and written communication skills. An excellent eye for detail and accuracy is paramount. You should possess proficient computer skills and an expertise in the use of software packages and applications, including the MS Office suite namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A willingness to work flexibly and to adapt quickly to changing operational needs is essential as you will occasionally be required to stay late.
