The Marketing Operations Analyst position is part of the Global Network Services (GNS) business within the Global Merchant & Network Services business group. The GNS business drives scale and relevance for the enterprise by bringing on and managing financial institutions that issue and / or acquire on the American Express network. The business manages American Expresss presence in over 110 countries and territories through over 240 financial institution partners and is a driver of innovation for the company through the products and services it regularly introduces to the Network.

The Marketing Operations Analyst sits within the GNS Product Marketing and Global Businesses (PMGB) team and plays a critical role in the team responsible for end-to-end management of regional marketing initiatives from planning to execution. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Marketing the successful candidate will work to monitor and improve our existing controls and ensure we are compliant across all our marketing initiatives regionally. This role is ideal for a collaborative individual with a process-driven mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse tasks.
