Job summary
A local government authority in Woking seeks a Performance Officer to join its Performance and Intelligence team for children’s social care. This hybrid role involves helping frontline services improve practices through robust data analysis and support. The ideal candidate will liaise with multiple stakeholders, analyze critical data, and maintain reporting schedules. A strong understanding of children's social care data and experience with data visualization tools are essential. A starting salary of £41,585 per annum is offered based on a fixed-term contract.
