We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our London team to help drive our PPC and Paid Social offering to the next level. Working across our fast-growing roster of clients, you'll work closely with the rest of our Performance Marketing team and with our clients to deliver best-in-class Paid Media campaigns that support our wider digital strategies and help our clients to achieve their objectives.

Day to day, you will be:

  • Executing and optimising client campaigns across the major Paid Media platforms (e.g LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit)
  • Client reporting demonstrating performance against KPIs
  • Implementing Testing and Optimisation Roadmaps
  • Providing data-driven and evidence-backed performance updates
  • Working to identify opportunities and approaches to ensure our client campaigns are best in class today, tomorrow and beyond

Experience & skills:

  • 1+ years of Paid Social, including hands-on management in-platform
    • Reddit and YouTube are a plus
  • B2B experience is a plus
  • An analytical mindset and comfortable crunching the numbers
  • Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape
  • Experience with landing pages and conversion optimisation is a bonus
  • Passionate about learning and development (with our support)
