As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals on a variety of public and private sector projects. • Supporting the delivery of a range of professional and project-based services.
• Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of properties.
• Working on projects across multiple sectors, including education, residential, and commercial.
• Collaborating with senior surveyors and engaging directly with clients.
• Advancing through your APC with structured training and mentorship.

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree.
• Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable.

• Salary: £30,000 – £36,000
