A planning consultancy is seeking a Senior or Principal Planner to join their team in Leeds. This role involves managing planning projects, conducting research, and engaging stakeholders for strategic developments. Candidates should have a degree in Town Planning or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in planning. Significant experience in Town Planning ideally within a consultancy or local authority. Chartered Member of the RTPI or working towards it. Strong understanding of the UK planning system and legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
